Since the previous Public Participation Day (PPD) No.2 in November 2023, the project team have substantially completed the options assessment and have identified an Emerging Preferred Scheme for Adare. Measures are proposed which will address flooding from the River Maigue and the Adare River. The purpose of Public Participation Day No.3 is to present the Emerging Preferred Scheme, and to gather any final feedback from the public prior to finalising the scheme.
As part of the Public Consultation Process, we would welcome your comments in relation to the options under consideration as presented at Adare Town Hall on Wednesday 29 May 2024 from 4-7:30PM and any alternative options which you think should be investigated in addition to those presented.
